We are an office-first company and believe our best work happens in person. That said, we take a practical approach to remote work and accommodate work-from-home days when they make sense for the role, team, and business needs.

Who we are
We are 16 people from 8 countries. Architects, engineers, specialists, operators, builders. Some of us have been in construction for fifteen years. Some of us are figuring it out as we go. Everyone here cares deeply about the work.
We don't pretend to be anything we're not. We're a fast-growing company at a relatively early stage, the work is real and sometimes hard, and we look out for each other.
