Freeda is a French deep-tech intelligent construction compliance verification service. We read project documents — plans, technical studies, specifications — and check them against owner requirements, local regulations, labels, and industry standards. Where the industry samples, we check everything. Where the industry takes weeks, we deliver in hours. We work with construction owners, developers, operators, and inspection firms across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Freeda is a SAS registered in Colombes, France. The company was founded by Peter Starr (CEO), Augustin Perraud (COO), Charles Desbaux (CTO), and Mariano Rodriguez (CSO).

Freeda is a service, not a software product. The work is done by architects, engineers, accessibility specialists, fire safety experts, and more, whose work is accelerated by our proprietary AI and technology. The AI helps the experts scale up and accelerate their efforts while maintaining human validation and judgement. We own the output and stand behind it.

We started Freeda because the way construction plans get verified is no longer fit for the world being built. Regulations are denser. Project timelines are tighter. The expert workforce is shrinking. Owners are absorbing risks they used to be able to delegate. Freeda exists for that reality.
